The Change Community Church is a church made up of followers of the Lord Jesus Christ situated in Toronto, Canada. Our mission is to “love God, be the neighbor, and change the world.” The original vision of the church was casted in 2014 but it wasn’t until May 1, 2016 when the church was officially launched. For years, the church met at a condominium unit until it was no longer feasible to gather there with a large group. The church eventually started to meet in Catholic schools for Sunday services. Today, the church gathers every Sunday at St. Gerald Catholic School (Victoria Park and Huntingwood).
The Change Community Church consists of about 30 members with a composition that is multi-ethnic and multi-generational. Currently, two pastors serve at the church: Pastor Eric Hart and Pastor Brian Yu. Organized activities of the church include Sunday services, Thursday prayer meetings, fellowship groups, men’s groups, and women’s groups. The Change Community Church is a community made up of people with a vibrant faith in Christ, a love for knowing and obeying God’s Word, and a desire to reach people for Jesus. The values of the church include prayer, the Word, family, self-sacrifice, and reaching out.
